Trending @Infosys; Can we study masters without resigning in Infosys
I have been working in infy for last two years. I am thinking to go abroad for my masters.at same time i am afraid of this recession. Is there any way that I can study my masters without resigning.can i take long leave without any salary.

Infosys and Masters, both are not your father's property. Choose one. You can't have your cake and eat it too. "Samajhdaar ko ishara kaafi hai". What's your next question?

You can take sabbatical but that is only after certain years of service . 2 years is too soon. There was a time when folks who go to US would enroll in weekend MS program and completer their MS while being on job. Most countries you should be able to do it. So try for on-site opportunity but again you have less experience. So unless you are a super start performer they won’t be sending you anytime soon. But I am surprised that at one side you want to go abroad and study but on other side are not confident of your skill set of getting a job after you do PG. Please clear your mental block first.

Ok , thank you.

Yes you can do. There are many part time post grad courses, corresponding courses offered and recognised by companies. Go for such courses.

Basically, I heard they give upto 1 year leave
