Trending @Infosys; Can we reject IJP offer
I received offer from IJP and current manager approval was auto approved and currently it was pending with accepting manager. Now is there a chance to reject the IJP offer? Because my manager is retaining me with same compensation!! Pls suggest
Understand one thing your manager is retaining you with same compensation after selected in ijp.So if you don't get ijp your manager will not increase you compensation.Dont think much it's always good with going with new opportunities.
Agree. But he is saying that your name is already added in the list before I got the offer and it is pending with HR. May they(IJP) noticed that I given you promotion. Currently SSE and got TA
As per my understanding IJP is having stringent policy. Once you accept the IJP offer you can't reject it. It will get auto approved from accepting manager as well after the 3-7 days of SLA period.
Even they didn’t ask me for the approval?? They’re only asked my manager approval(which is auto approved now) and now it is with accepting manager.
Current manager won't give u shit, and why u said yes to IJP if wfo is not favorable.
Don't reject ijp..your manger has no obligation to give you anything unless you put down papers
