Trending @Infosys; Can we buy out notice period?

90 days notice period feels like a hell, every other job in applying asks for 30 days to immediate joiners. I’m not even getting a single interview. Thinking of putting down the papers and just tell everyone I’ll buy the rest of the notice period. Is this possible? I’m not thinking about safety cause the rating today I got doesn’t mean anything and I’m already frustrated.
