Trending @Infosys; Can we all mass resign from Infosys. This is the worst exploitative company

Where will you go after mass resignation? Not everyone have the luxury of generational wealth that they can sustain themselves without any salary. All of us are equally stressed and unmotivated but you also have to practically think about ground realities. Some people have loans for which they pay emi, others are still paying off their educational loans. For many people from humble beginnings , a Infy tag gives them the hope for a better future. And when it comes to being the worst company, trust me after working for 4 companies and seeing many acquaintances , Infosys is not really the worst company out there.
Look for better opportunities outside and switch by all means if possible, but a mass resignation is definitely not a solution.

They will start mass hiring as they have 3 months of time..

Yes we can, however you won't get anything, Infosys is able to exploit employees cause there are chaatus in every department , team. Moving to next thing , the mass hiring they will hire new people even with less knowledge or expertise and ask existing one who drop paper to train them in that 90days forced slavery. And with the Indian population and mindset , you vacate a position there will always be 100s who will want to take up that job, even for lesser. Cause that's how Britishers trained our ancestors and it's still present somewhere in mindset of people who are yet to become modern families

They'll always have a Plan b, keeping these kind of scenarios in mind.
