Go to Lex, search with that certification name(Left side there will be filter, In content type filter choose Certification). In that under certification tab there will be an option to upload certificate. They will review and approve that.

If you can acquire skill-tag, that skill tag comes under niche/premium category and you are working in the same category of project, you will get skill tag bonus. How much, I am not sure. I was JL5, used to 35k quarterly.
