There is no reason why would anyone take out personal grudge.Its all in professional capacity.Attitude matters.I gave team member who is rigid and always quarrelling. Do I have personal grudge against him?Answer is NO. It changes my team dynamics so yes I might consider it in my ratings

What is that personal grudge due to. Make sure you put the reverse pressure by highlighting your achievements every month cc’ing his manager

Don't know about NI but if you apply for ACON or IJP and move out of the project, managers really get frustrated and even though you have worked well, they will still give you ME.

See even you get a low rating .. there is an option of send back the sign off rating , where if an employee is not happy with the current rating .. I think in this case the rating goes for review to the 2nd level reviewer 😊
