Go to iclaims, select 'individual claim', fill in the details of the project party, attach receipts, and submit. make sure ur manager approves it. Done!

Can we claim this even if we order online or a physical bill is required?

You have to attach invoice whether it's online or offline order. If you have physical bill just take a photo and upload, if its online then you would be having invoice anyhow
