Trending @Infosys; Can resign during PIP?
If yes, What is the notice period when resign during PIP. FYI, I have mapped in new project. I am not in bench right now.
If no, when i can resign, after 30 days or 90days?
What is PIP?
Scam by Infosys to make you resign if not then they'll ask to complete some task which is nearly impossible to complete in most cases
When did u got PIP mail and when did u got project ? Is it same project manager who had initiated the PIP or is it the new project manager who had initiated the PIP ? What is the PIP task did they assigned to you ?
After mapped with new project, then new manager initiated PIP and set the goal which are easy goals
When did they initiated PIP and when you got the new project ? Your into which unit and what is your job level ? Did they set the PIP goals are project related tasks or any course certification?
It will be treated as normal resignation. Since your are in PIP it will continue and after 30 days since you have resigned they may release you (based in mutual consent or PIP failure) immediately as there is no point continuing PIP evaluation. You won’t be getting any additional comp apart from your salary due till LWD
Did your PIP goals and mid year goals are same for your or differnt ? When did u got new project and when did they initiated the PIP for you ?
