Trending @Infosys; Can IT companies take any legal action if employee is neglecting the work during notice period?

I am in a project where I don't know shit and don't want to work anymore as it is affecting my health. If I go on notice period and start focusing on my life to relax and retrieve my health, neglecting the work obviously, then can the org take any strict action against me (like not accept my resignation or something else)?
