Trending @Infosys; Can I put paper and demand for project release to retain ?

From last three months Im working on unfamiliar tech stack. My managers not ready to give me release and I don’t have option to apply IJP because of recently got promotion. I’m not happy to work on this project, guys pls give me some suggestions.
