Trending @Infosys; Can I join Accenture?

Hi All, I'm working at infosys for the past 3 years, I got an offer from Accenture I would like to join, but in infosys we have a non-compete agreement for the named competitor can I join Accenture in that case?? Has anybody joined previously?

Kindly need your feedback ?

Yes you can join as non-compete agreement is only valid until and unless you have joined as a fresher and till probation

You can join. No issues. Non compete aggreement means you can't work for the same client again within next 6 months. That's all.

Non compete agreement tells that you can't work for the same client at Infosys's competitor organization. If Accenture assign you the client which you have worked within 1 year then you need to inform Accenture.

You can join but not work for same project/client. To be honest no one would bother if join same client but same project might. Be an issue of infy managers see that you might end up taking their business to Accenture
