Today hr asked me why are you resigning from here then I replied that due to PIP I am not receiving performance bonus and I am facing financial crises so I resigned now manager is asking for revoke resigning but I denied him

So I resigned now my maginager is asking why are you resigned and told me I will discuss for appraisal but I denied him I asked him why did you keep me in PIP?
