I think the review would have been given by your manager till now. Cause the reviews were pending the reviewer only. Whatever ratings your manager has given you thr hike will depend on that.

manager can give ratings only, he has no control over hikes etc. if you really want to get individual hike put papers, then discuss based on your managers feedback you may get hike

Managers cannot decide whether or not your Salary can be revised. But you can discuss with your manager to take it forward to your DM. Eventually if your manager supports you in your work contribution and the hike, DM would be ok to approve.

You can ask but they won't give. No hike in Infosys till 2026
