Hi, I'm currently working for a project and they won't release me easily. But can I apply for IJP and then if I get selected will they release me then?
Yes you can apply and I have been transfered to same unit after the project and same project....just things to be updated by manager like role ....if skill Match yo can apply
You can apply for IJP, post selection Manager has to mandatorily release after 60 days.
No matter which project you are currently in, but if you have skills for the role which is posted by ijp you can apply.
But your manager has to release upon your selection to that role
Can I apply bridge program in next quarter , recently (18 March) I got selected via IJP but without any role change, just domain changed .
Yes u can...they have to mandatorily release u after 60days...it will all happen in system as per process...
