Trending @Infosys; Can anyone tell if we have more 30+ leave after you leave Infy will that be cash out or certain amount of leaves will considered for payout.

Now encash policy is discontinued

30 leaves will be encashed.

All leaves will be encashed in fnf on CTC

Will be enacaahed all 30 but not based on full CTC. I think they will include only basic pay.

After leaving infy left of the leave encashed but if you have 30+ leave and working in infy it will not encashed it will be lapsed...
