Trending @Infosys; Can anyone let me know what are the responsibilities of an associate consultant in any company?

I'm currently working as L2 prod support and trying to switch as associate consultant roles. I do know a few similarities in these positions but what can be more that I need to know before applying to such positions.

Which skill is mandatory ?

I am currently working on sql, azure, dynatrace and a few more analytics tools.

What else is required, please share your thoughts. Thank you
