Trending @Infosys; Can anyone guide me how to switch I am currently DSE with 4 years experience?

I am feeling that I am underpaid with the current scenario of being called out to office savings will now be even less than before. With experience of Python and AWS as primary as well as designing infra in AWS with Open search as intermediate and Terraform, Jenkins at a very basic level of 4 years experience. If anyone can suggest how I can make a shift with a good increment. I have decent knowledge of DSA with increasing practice and can have more. I do also know languages like JS and have personal projects in Node with 0 industry knowledge of JS and Node. Currently upskilling for AWS certification after which planning to be good at terraform.
