Trending @Infosys; By when can we expect to be a manager in infosys?

It’s a very subjective questions. I know folks who become JL6 in 6-8 years and other who are still waiting after completing 15 years as well. Also MBA vs non MBa, infosys consulting/ edgeverve vs infosys tech, the specialised streams vs the normal streams. So multiple factors can determine your growth. And many of them outside your control

Its really difficult to say!! Its depend up on how your manager is projecting you infront of DM and further how DM is projecting and articulating about you and present in front of SOH. Also, pleasee dont think manager is fancy job, you will fall into 20% variable pay and supper annuatipn defaultly come into picture , you need to work on RFP along with current deliveries. !! I would suggest better look for technical architect stream, if you are coming from technical back ground!!
