Hey, I'm a JL4 employee and I got an email saying that if we want to get promoted to JL5, we need to finish the Business Communication Excellence program. I'm trying to figure out what exactly I need to do to get ready for it and what kind of prep is involved to get certified. If anyone's done this certification, could you please let us know what exactly I need to prepare?
