Trending @Infosys; Bridge Program(Acon) Ghosting?
So i got mail that i had cleared bridge program (Acon) video assesment last week. This week i got mail that they re evaluated due to high demand and now im not selected....
How is this fair? If u had to re evaluate why did u send mail last week?
Anyone faced same?
This is done most of the time by the HR and managers as they don’t want talent from their team to leave on the name of bridge program since it will change the unit
Do you think they have a say regarding this?
Isnt it separate procedure?
Can they tell bridge program people to stop even after u pass video assessment?
I informed my manager that i passed and would be leaving,i didnt know he can block it?
Once you clear bridge program, no manager can stop you, they have to release
I know around 7 people who cleared video assessment this wave and all of them got rejection mail. Don't know if they've selected anyone because everyone I know have got rejected. And there's no point in escalation, they won't take any action nor will they provide data on how many have been rejected
Instead of getting dishearted and siting idle thinking about some useless evaluation apply for IJP and move on ..even you escalate nothing would happen they will just cover up .. so instead of channelise your energy in a thing which has a outcome .. just think as you have cracked the opportunity

Just learn each and everything thing while you are in project and then switch this industry doesn’t care about any one so you have to think about yourself and i know whatever happened with you is bad but don’t be disheartened . Learn and switch
