Did any one receive the bonus payout letters if not when can we expect it to be released

First of all ..please stop calling as bonus..its variable pay component, which they are deducting from our CTC and paying it on quarterly based on company performance!! Secondly..you dont get that variable pay unless you got OS rating. Which means, your ctc is just name sake but actual CTC is dependent on variable pay

What about the employee who is on probation period...they clearly mentioned in the offer letter they will give 50% guaranteed pay. Any idea about this?

Hi,

Variable/Performance/Bonus Pay letter will be released to employee by end of this week

For some units like EAIS already got communication and mentioned it will be released by 18th EOD

The percentage will be based on ratings

OS - 100 CD - 84 ME - 65

Percentage might slightly vary employee to employee based on manager recommendation
