  1. Hows the Work Life Balance is there ?? 2)They are telling to come to ODC Can i work from office from any location in india
  2. What is the Average Performance Bonus 4)Is Leave Policy is Same

Any Suggestions ??

If they have ODC that means you have to work only from locations where is an ODC. You can’t work from location of your choice. Leave policy will be same.
