Trending @Infosys; BGV digital LOA letter rejection

I recently joined infy, I received a mail from EY on behalf of infy for BGV. It is mentioned partially rejected - manually signed LOA not shared required_information/document_manully signed letter of authorisation with date.

I have loa in launchpad which digitally signed apart from that they dint share anything for manual signature. Anyone faced this situation?

Any advices please
