Go for Cognizant buddy, one of my college friend from Cognizant recently switched to infy nd he said they have a better experience at cognizant. Also good package so definately go with Cognizant, Accenture is mass hiring currently and its not stable.... U should keep TCS as retirement plans, coz its best for that.

you can go for cognizant then...as i know tcs has currently support project ...if thus is project based hiring then you can go for it
