Being a System engineer in Infosys my package is 3.6 lpa and doing task for the same task in my team subcon employees are earning 30 lpa.

True, I am currently at 7.5 LPA and teaching a JL6A at 26 LPA joined 8 months back. And that person is still not able to adapt but earns 3x more doing the same thing less efficiently
Bhai IT job is a game of mind. It's not about the knowledge or exp. Its about how you can bargain with something already in hand. Most of the people do a silly mistakes enjoy a 3 month notice period. The all you have to do is try find other job as soon as you get a good offer on the context of immediate joining. As you come close to lwd higher the chances you get a offer on offer.
