Can someone tell me what's the maximum time we can be on bench in Infosys. I have moved through IJP to a different unit and on bench since last 2 months.

I am mapped to a unit and currently on bench and recently I received a mail stating thay apply for openings in another unit through IJP, if I do can I change my unit. I want to change because I want to work in the unit which I have previous domain experience.
