Hi All,

Does anyone in bench from 4+ months having an JL4B band ? What will be the issue if we stay in a long time in bench ? Please help me. THANKS!

this wasn’t an issue till oct 23, but after that infy also started silent layoffs by giving reason of unavailability of proj or there will be ques on your skills and not getting proj soon and forcing u to resign

I have been in the bench 4 months in that more into pre production and production but no work they had assigned to me. My job level is JL4B it is SAC

Reach out to manager and other principal consultants , etc for projects coz having no project is not having any proper performance review . So try to fill up in any project even if it is support also .
