Trending @Infosys; Bench policy after release

I got released from a project on 31st August. But in Alcon still showing on production for my last project. From when they can put me on bench? If they are putting me on bench then from which date bench will be counted?

Manager can delimit allocation starting 1st. If not done immediately he needs to take dm approvals for delimiting allocation from an earlier date. Once the month ends cannot change allocation. For the month gone by
