Trending @Infosys; Bench on notice early release
Hi all,
I had resigned last month and I have already completed 1 month of notice period. Now today, HR sent me a mail where she is saying that I would get early release within this week. But I want to serve full NP, as I want to have some emergency fund to support my family. Is there any in which I can convince the HR to allow me to complete my NP? What do you suggest in this situation?
Ask them for compensation, of remaining 2 months. Also aren't you having offer in hand? As companies die for candidates who'll immediately join them and can give good hike %
Currently I am not having any offers in hand, still trying for an opportunity. I have replied to the HR stating that I want to complete my full NP. Waiting for HR's reply
No ask them for 2 month compensation..
Sadly the ball is in hr's court. U shouldn't have resigned w/o offer if u were on bench or going to be on bench.
Why did you resign ?? Were you on bench for long time
