Trending @Infosys; Bench + Notice period infosys policy
I am on the bench and I kept my papers last month.
currently I am serving notice period + on bench
I WANTED TO SERVE 3 months of notice period
But my HR is asking to mail her that I want an early release, which I don't want
According to infosys policy can I serve a 3 month notice period even though I am on bench
Or is there any policy that if HR wants they can ask us to relive early. Is the termination of service possible in my scenario (bench seperation case)
- If your are not comfortable say No and tell want to serve the notice period.
2.You can try escalate to HR immediate reporting manager, if he / she is applying pressure.
3.If things are not going into right direction you can try addressing to HEAR team, heard hear team resolves issues where an employee is unhappy with manager or any grudges ... they reach there to resolve. ( cross check the activity ...!)

Ask hr to give the compensation for the early release that he/she expects from you.
