Hi, I am working as an associate consultant and was mapped to a project a few days back. My onboarding and everything was done then recently I got mail that I am on the bench till November. I already asked my reporting manager. According to him I should continue working and not to worry about this. What should I do? Please drop your suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Your alcon code may change at any time. Whether it be from bench to pre-prod or bench - training or bench - buffer code & vice versa

But in bench you ll not get variable amount, is what i know

Ignore the noise. If your manager says to keep working, do it. Trust your manager, not the email. Stay focused and proactive.
