I'm on bench for 1 year doing courses and certification. my unit called me to give in person assessment and I couldn't clear it . Now I got a project call and I've been considered for the project clearing internal evaluation. But my profile has been blocked by TPD team as I didn't clear it. Is there any options to unblock my profile ?

ADM.. no my manager didn't say but I couldn't open any certification after the exam thus the profile won't be considered for any project.. my frnd faced similar situation so I came to know about this
