Trending @Infosys; Base location change

I have joined the organization recently and have onboarded to a project after giving interviews. I need a base location change from Bangalore DC to Chennai for family medical situation reasons and so what do I need to do now, whom should I contact rrgarding the location change. (My project is not location specific too.)
