Trending @Infosys; BA role is good?

Hi, currently I am in support role in the name of test engineer designation.Suppose if I am starting my MBA can I get Business roles,if yes what are the pros and cons .... because I am not good at coding skills so I choose bussiness roles pls clarify this thanks
