Due to a personal issue I have been removed from my project for a temporary time. I have been asked to go to office but I do not need to report to my floor till next week. In between if I took leave do I need to inform someone and if yes whom ?

You have to inform to manger. But depends on what personal issue impacted you to move out of project depends on how your leave will be impacted to after a week.
