It's mandatory , they deduct it from your leaves after each quarter if not maintained.

Don't take any risk. Try to balance the hours by applying wfh. You can easily manage it.

You need to complete 3.5 hrs in the office for attendance. For rest, you can apply on duty. It will not deduct your wfh balance.
