I have selected through IJP for Associate Consultant JL4B role from SSE JL3A role But i am getting only 5LPA as package with 3 YOE, What should be the salary in infy for associate consultant role
If u r going through ijp, then u will get max 17% increment in your current pkg. Mostly avg is 12%. If it's ACON Bridge, then only pkg is 7.5lpa. But for ijp, it varies between 5lpa to 5.5 lpa.

As per ACON, people are getting 7.5LPA
Better take the promotion like let it reflect in your profile and search for other jobs.
Infosys won’t give much hike to any IJP’s or promotions. They will give high numbers to outsiders coming to Infosys.
That's very low hike..What's your last year ratings?
Its very low I am getting 14 LPA 3.5 YOE
