Trending @Infosys; Associate Consultant role through IJP

I am selected for Associate Consultant (JL4B) role in SUREDCG unit through IJP yesterday. Currently I am a Software Quality Engineer (JL3A) in IVS-ECS unit and my current CTC is 4.5LPA.

  1. When will I get my role changed to Associate Consultant ?
  2. What will be my new CTC and from when will I start getting the same ?

As pery knowledge take it as 15% including 10% variable pay and 5% as performance bonus

No that's only for bridge. It would have been better if you would have tried for bridge instead of applying in IJP.
