Trending @Infosys; Asset surrender

Hi, I need some help with surrendering the assets. I've an Infosys issued laptop and a client issued laptop. How do I surrender both on my LWD? Do I need to hand over both to CCD? Or do I need to do anything else. Please advise.

Also anyone who has left Infosys and has joined a new organization can you please let me know how to do the PF transfer?
