It's a bug someone has raised the AHD to check if it is tracking personal details or not so get confirmation that it is not it is a bug they are working on it I think they have released a new build also for that step tracker related issues

I m also getting this from last Wednesday midnight. How to disable this?

Yes, Infy Me has a step tracker feature. It runs in the background to count your steps. If you have privacy concerns, you might want to disable it.
