Trending @Infosys; Are Infosys HR really helpfull

Hr is waste of time try to find new job they want drag you in same salary till more 10 years... I already given resignation...

Since covid, Infosys is not following it's regular hike cycle and hence either delaying or not giving any hikes.

HR has no control on this and in the current scenario we can only get hike by switching.

Not in my case during my last day one employee was extremely rude and to me and I reached out to HR. to escalate it and her response was “boss it’s your last day , forgive and move on “ , glad am not in this toxic environment anymore!!

Infosys HR doesn’t exist …….only machine exist there who are supposed to work 70 Hours a week
