
Trending @Infosys; Appraisal Hike or Salary Correction?
In a recent post I saw someone mentioned this salary compensation revision is not an appraisal hike and it's a salary correction for people who have less salary.
If it's true how much percentage increment is given?

Salary correction exercise is very rare in infosys. Usually only happens as retention mechanism it could be after you put papers mostly but in rare cases before it if you are critical and threaten resignation. We always had an annual hike effective April with minor variations in percentage depending on your rating/unit combination. Covid screwed the cycles and infosys brought lots ifs and buts eligibility conditions which delayed hikes for laterals. Now only question is will we go back to April cycle or not. Was hearing positive developments , just hoping war doesn’t screw things up. They Defintely are selecting certain employees as maanagers were checking around for too performers not sure if a selective hike is planned instead of company level hike

There is no such thing as Salary correction bro in here.... They dont give a damn if someone is paid less at the same job level

People are being insensitive and just spreading fake information

did everyone forget about the updated labour laws? salaries should be corrected as per new laws so there might be possibility that these are just correction based on new labour laws and not hike
