Trending @Infosys; Appraisal hike after Promotion

I am recently selected in IJP for a promotion to ACON role. My role change will be effective from October, 2024.. In this case, will I receive the appraisal hike in January, 2025 (Last rating: ME) ?

both are different, so you get two hikes basically only thing is you dont want to get both of them at once.

Okay, thanks for the information... Can you please inform what hike% can I expect as appraisal hike from January, 2025 if my previous rating is ME ?

Promotion and appraisal are separate. You'll likely get both, but the appraisal hike might be smaller since you just got promoted.
