Do SSE at infosys have any value or not? Like 2.6 years of working with no penny increase in Salary, NO ECR, NO team dinners, not even a zomato coupon. Someone said today that we will get appraisal in November as it happened the same last year at the same time. So according to this u get a rating and you get the Appraisal for that Rating in the Next Year?
