I received my yearly hike in January and promotion in April. Will I be eligible for the 2024-2025 appraisal ?

Firstly we don't know if any Hike they are planning this year.... considering the Term "Uncertainty in environment" They use very often now days

Even if they decide to give appraisal it depends on criteria they come up with.. which is so unpredictable now a days
