Trending @Infosys; Anyway to reduce Notice period

Is there anyway to reduce the notice period using balance leaves? Because I've 33 leaves pending. Also, there isn't any dependency on me nor any blocker if I stayed in a project as I've already allocated my responsibilities. Anyway to get out of this notice period maze!!!
