Trending @Infosys; Anyone working in Microsoft project

Hi, I have recently been allocated to Microsoft project and i have been asked to reimage my infy laptop to Microsoft, and currently i m doing wfh so does anyone know that can this be done by creating a ticket to ccd team?

You need to handover laptop to CCD to create MICROSOFT mail id. You need to submit personally.it takes couple hours to reimage. Another process also there where you can do but process is lengthy, you need ti get admin rights (DM has to approve it). And, need to to follow few steps to reimage. If you miss, need to go personally.
