Trending @Infosys; Anyone received revision letter... Any news on Hike 2024?

They said after quarter results. Quarter results are out. Dividend is healthy. Forecast is healthy. If we delay deliverables by 1 day, we get scolded. They are delaying Hike by more than 6 months now 😡

As per the info given in the quarterly results meeting, hikes will be released in a phased manner starting January. They didn't give proper direction on the eligibility criteria, avg hikes, etc. it's really frustrating I joined as a fresher in jun 2021 till now I haven't received any hike🥲

Who told you about getting hikes after quarterly results ? Are you living under rocks ? In the Quarterly results they clearly mentioned hikes are being planned to be given in phased manner starting Jan 2025.
