What are the perks that we are gonna get after becoming DSS L0 ? I mean hike ? Monthly bonus and quarterly bonus ?

For L0, it will be 3L annual bonus..18.75k monthly and 18.75 quarterly.

Quarterly bonus is subject to unit DSS billing criteria met. They paid quarterly bonus with exception for last 2 quarters. Earlier we were not getting, not sure we get in coming quarters.
