I want to know if any one got release from the project smoothly without any struggle and how you guys have made it.
I have moved projects every two years in my stint with infy but within same account. So my manager doesn’t have an issue since he is not losing me and new clients in my account value me as I am bringing some sme knowledge of other systems in bank
You have worked on same tech stack on all the projects right ?
Let me tell my story. I (JL 5) was working in banking project where they told it is hybrid. Later after 3 months they made it complete wfo project and daily office was compulsory. I asked my manager multiple times but he didn't agreed for hybrid. Then I put resignation without offer in hand. During discussion with manager he told if WFO is the only reason then he was release me from this project and I can search new project where hybrid or wfh is there. That's how I got released from that project with ME rating.
